Production Cost lowered 160 -> 140 (-20)
Melee Combat Strength buffed 30 -> 35 (+5).

Crouching Tiger gains +7 Defense Strength and +1 Range when stationed in Forts* or Special District tiles. When attacking Forts* or Special District tiles, gain +7 Ranged Strength.

* (Include Fort, Roman Fort, Alcazar and Great Wall)
