Unlocked Player Diplomacy
Despite Immortal Empires being a big ol’ sandbox, CA has restrictions put on the player for their diplomacy with other factions.
With this mod, the player has all diplomatic options for all factions. Now if you, a Skaven player, want to conduct a trade deal and a military alliance with some lizardmen, you can. Or not. Up to you.
