Decodence + Racial Heritage Compatibility
Changes related to Decodence and Racial Heritage, done with basically zero testing in 15mins, so let me know if you find issues.
I did notice a Fertile Plains production bonus definition in CityPropertiesLogic.RPK, not sure how to get/trigger this, But can add this if required.
Changes made:
Reconnected the pop bonus for T1 Goblin economic policy, for Autumn and Tundra Wetlands, this appeared to broken in the base game.
Added two new Terrain Income overlays for Autumn Dense vegetation and Tundra Dense vegetation (Used for Statue of the Woods, T1 Path of Good elf Racial Heritage)
