Improve Train Fuel Economy
Halves or reduces fuel consumption of trains.

As for me, I do not intend to make any more elaborate updates.
I may do it when I feel like it, but don’t hold your breath;
if I have time to tweak this, I want to lay new railroads.
The map I am playing now on myself does not have many coal producing points.
Besides, the distances required for transport are long and the fuel for the trains is constantly being depleted.
That is why I built this mod.
The fuel consumption setting is roughly halved.
Now we will no longer have to worry about intermittent fuel shortages…
Possibly…maybe?
