Bombs Spawn as Loot
Throwable/craftable items – the Pipe Bomb, Fire Bomb, Noise Maker, Molotov Cocktail, Aerosol Bomb, and Smoke Bomb – will now spawn in containers. All WITHOUT sensors, timers, or remote detonators.
PURPOSE: Some of these are hardcoded to be craftable only by a player with the Engineer profession. This allows you to get around requiring someone in your party to play that class.
The settings I run on my server are action-packed, where scripted hordes attack often, which necessitates crowd control gadgets like these.
These items will spawn uncommonly in survivor houses, military surplus, military bases, and engineer workspaces.
They will spawn rarely in bars, garages, desks, lockers, closet shelves, and bathrooms.
