Extravagant rewards
List of random rewards [with biases]:
- +2 Era Score [2]
- 1 Governor promotion [1]
- +100 Loyalty in City with less than 60 Loyalty [5]
- Random luxury resource present on map [2]
- +1 Envoy with random City-State not at war with [2]
- Relic [1]
- Boosts Wonder under construction by 50 (or 10% of cost whichever is greater) Production [3]
- +50 (or 10% of treshold whichever is greater) Great Writer/Artist/Musician points [7]
- Nothing [1 for each other reward already acquired]
Rewards that could not occur due to current situation are ignored (ex. +100 Loyalty can be chanced only if there is a city with less than 60 loyalty).
