Enhanced Combat Terrain Penalties
New terrain penalties are added, and other changed. More terrain modifies will be added in the future. Feel free to recommend new terrain modifiers in the comments.
All cavalry and armored units have a -5 combat penalty in forest and jungle. This does not apply to the helicopter.
Tank units have -10 combat penalty in marsh.
Amphibious Attack penalty is doubled.
River Defense modifier doubled.
Grass, plains, tundra, and desert hills defense doubled.
Marsh defense modifier changed from -2 to 2.
Flat snow now has a defense modifier of 4, and snow hills 8.
