No Military Alliance Button – All Factions
Disables the Military Alliance button, preventing huge alliance chains going on the offense in the mid-late game, and stops the AI spamming useless Military Alliance offers.
Also takes away your fun, in the name of fairness. If you wanna fight, do it yourself!
NOTE: Once enabled in a campaign, it can not be reversed.
NOTE: Does not cancel military alliances present at game start, as this would require startpos editing, which would break compatibility with various mods that does the same.
Should be compatible with pretty much anything (obviously aside from the other version of itself).
