Description:

Neco-Arc comes to The Binding of Isaac.
She starts with 1 red heart and 1 soul heart along with Guppy’s paw and the Devil card.
The tainted version is the same, maybe i’ll update the mod to include Neco Arc Chaos, but im pretty much done with this. The boss portrait is missing and then tainted version’s sprites are broken for now.

This is my first custom character.
