I would like to apologize for not answering any comments or messages recently and for the lack of any updates to this mod.
I’ve been incredibly busy irl and it’s been very difficult for me to find much time to do this sort of thing. I cannot say when I will be able to resume work on any of my mods.
If anyone wants to do a fork of any of my mods, go right ahead. You have full permission to do so.
That’s all I really can say for now. If anyone has any questions about this, feel free to send a dm over on discord and I will answer as soon as possible.

This is a survival mod.

This mod mainly adds a ton of crafting recipes together with a few extra features. You get a recyclebot, new vacuum pipes (T and cross-pipes), new trades at the trader and increased stack sizes.
If you want an exact number, you get 244 extra recipes in the craftbot and 82 in the recyclebot. (These numbers are probably out of date at this point)
This is a file mod, it has to be manually installed.
If you wish to make a backup of your save file, you should be able to find them in
Start by opening your Scrap Mechanic directory by going to your steam library > right clicking on Scrap Mechanic > Properties > Local files > Browse
Now, Copy the "Data" and "Survival" folders from
(The mod should have been automatically downloaded to the above path after subscribing)
Now you should be good to go! Enjoy your not-at-all-unnecessary-amount-of-crafting-recipes.
File mods are notorious for being incompatible with each other. To play with either Fant Mod or Survival Player Forestry and Farming mod at the same time as Craftbot+, you will have to complete a few extra steps.
Current status: Fant Mod broken. Needs update.
First, install this and one of the mods mentioned (order is not important).
It is important that this second step is done last. Go to the Craftbot+ mod folder: C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent3879902118868098 (so without the Scrap Mechanic this time)
Locate "Compatibility" and then the mod name. Copy "Survival" and "Data" (if it exists) to your Scrap Mechanic directory. Now it should work.

Currently there is an issue that results in the the Craftbot causing tons of lag when in multiplayer. This will get fixed next update.
If you want to play multiplayer anyway, any people trying to join need to have the exact same file mods installed. If you get a checksum error on join, the files aren’t identical.

I will allow anyone to use all parts of this mod (code, files and other assets) for the purpose to make modpacks to fix compatibility issues between mods. However, you may not take parts of this mod (or it as a whole) and repload or redistribute them for any other reason (to use in your own mod etc) without asking me for permission.
In all cases, proper credit must be provided (mod name and link to this steam page) in a visible place like the description.
