Faction Council for Everyone – Faction Council for Yellow Turban Rebels, Bandits and Nanman Factions
This mod basically adds the Faction Council to Bandits, Nanman and Yellow Turban Rebel factions.
Espionage is also added to Nanman and Yellow Turban Rebel Factions.
Bandit got 5 faction council ministerial positions
While Nanman only got one at the moment, the adviser is there is only faction council ministerial position.
The Yellow Turban Factions has 5 faction council ministerial position
AI factions can also do faction council actions.
Espionage is added to Nanman and Yellow Turban Rebel Factions.
The player currently cant do any espionage action due to some UI Problems, but the AI
can use the espionage system and send spies if they have a spy position.
