Suppression Mod
Introducing the Suppression mod for DayZ. This mod focuses on the often overlooked but crucial tactic of suppressive fire and its impact on the battlefield.
With this mod, players will experience the true power of suppressive fire as they unleash a hail of bullets upon their enemies. The mod includes realistic visual and audio effects to create an immersive experience adding to the chaos of the battlefield.
But suppressive fire is not just about creating a wall of lead – it also has a real effect on the enemy’s behavior. The mod takes into account the psychological impact of suppressive fire, with enemy combatants becoming more hesitant and cautious in their movements when under fire.
Whether you’re a lone survivor defending your hideout or part of a well-organized squad assaulting an enemy position, Suppression mod will add a new layer of strategy to your gameplay. So load up your weapons, take aim, and let loose a barrage of suppressive fire on your foes. They won’t know what hit them.
Suppression mod has ear protection that you can wear to reduce the effects of suppression during a gun fight!
Suppression mod allows for the repacking, and modifying. Make sure to credit the creators of this mod.

In your servers ServerProfile there will be a folder named Suppression with a text document. In the document you can add any item as a new line. Note, these items will reduce the suppression that a player takes.
The Suppression mod has a configuration file that allows server owners to designate custom values for the game regarding the suppressive fire mechanic.
This is located in your server’s ServerProfile Suppression folder in a .JSON file.
