Sarc’s Titular Titles
Adds a targeted decision on titles to create custom titular titles.
Can make a titular duchy from targeting owned counties, titular kingdom by targeting duchies, titular empire by targeting kingdoms.
Need to be independent and have some prestige to be able to make the titular titles, and each one costs some gold to make. 150 for duchies, 300 for kingdoms, and 750 for empires. Also need to be of the rank or higher of the titular title type you are trying to create.
This allows you to make duchies, kingdoms, and empires with some of the more unique county coat of arms.
Should be compatible with most other mods, since no base game files are modified.
