Description:

Only take what you need from heart pickups

For example, if you only need to heal for half a heart, then picking up a whole heart will drop a half heart on the ground

Works with red hearts and soul hearts. Blended hearts will drop whichever half you don’t use.

Compatible with Maggy’s Bow.
