Functional Shield’s Mod
This mod attempts to bring functional shields into the world from A Hat in Time!
Adds two new types of hats! Both of which has 1 main shield plus 9 flairs each! Flairs can be earned from the roulette machine!

– Lose a bit of walking speed when the shield is active
