Commander Profile AI Engineer
Adds two new commander profiles:
A.I. Engineer grants more researched breakthrough tech at the beginning of the mission
– Bonus tech: Autonomous Hubs and Sensors: Drone hubs and sensors no longer require power or maintenance
– Bonus tech: Superior Cables and Pipes: Instant, free and do not break!
– Bonus tech:Extractor AI: Metals Extractors and Rare Metals Extractors can work without crews at 50% performance.
– Bonus tech: Deep Scanning: Sectors can now be scanned the first time for deep deposits. Exploiting these deposits still requires additional technologies.
– Bonus tech: Superconducting Computing: Converts unused power into research points
A.I Engineer 2.0 starts mission with the following A.I. Tech discovered, but must be researched before it can be used.
– Bonus tech granted: Autonomous Hubs and Sensors: Drone hubs and sensors no longer require power or maintenance
– Bonus tech discovered: Superior Cables and Pipes: Instant, free and do not break!
– Bonus tech discovered:Extractor AI: Metals Extractors and Rare Metals Extractors can work without crews at 50% performance.
– Bonus tech discovered: Superconducting Computing: Converts unused power into research points
– Bonus tech discovered: The Positronic Brain: Allows the construction of Biorobots in the Drone Assembler. Biorobots eat and can gain traits but can’t reproduce and never die from old age.
No other game elements where changed, so this mod should not conflict with others.
