Description:

Starter Park for you to develop into the park of your (guest’s) dreams.

NOW available as a scenario too @ http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1208134781 !!!

Contains a decent (modern style) entrance, a main street (in alpine / rustic setting), a centre castle with pond and several attractions already up and running. No need for any research or waiting for cash, as this is already covered, but make sure you correctly manage your staff and fees to secure a glorious future.

Story: Your uncle (who was a theme park tycoonist) suddenly died and left you with one of his parks and its big corporate bank account. In his will, you are appointed to it’s new CEO, but with the condition to make things better then they were. Along with all plans and designs he had for future upgrades, the park’s name also vanished with his recent death, due to judicial bickery. Can you continue this park’s legacy under a new name and management?

Footnotes:
-All research done (all available including april ’17 update)
-Starter cash around $ 300 K
-Medium difficulty was chosen
-80 percent of available land is still left empty for future park development
-Combines great with any other theme(s).

-Has one great wooden coaster, 4 flatrides and lots of shops integrated into Main Street.
-Has 14 amazing fountains
-Has one crappy park train traveling empty lands waiting for you to further develop by adding stations, alter track, add scenery and such…
-There’s two ‘TESTMODE Trigger-track’ attractions burried somewhere in the grounds. Keep these in testmode please, as they trigger the fountains and serve no other purpose (nor monthly upkeep).
-Park is currently without a name. Please name your park in the management screen and the editable signs at the entrance.
-The light grey concrete roads are to be used by staff, and are currently off limits (unconnected) to visitors.
-Of course, the park is totally yours to alter, build upon, blueprint or rob empty, destroy, delete, burn down, flood, burry, or what not, no sentimental feelings or restrictions, just try to keep (as many of) the guests alive in the process.

I’ve made use of lots and lots of (altered) blueprints from other users, who I’m very thankfull for such creativity and detail.

I’m very curious in what you will make from this. Please share your creation, ‘finished’ or not, and leave a message here if that’s ok with you. 😉 Have fun.
