Does not need L4D2 installed or mounted to work
The "Randy’s Extra Features" addon is not required. It is marked as required only because 99% of workshop users cannot read
This addon works better if you have some other addons installed: (But these are optional)
Simfphys Float Base – Kind of outdated, but it will make the APC float on water
Simfphys Trailer Base – Makes trailers available to use.
Randy’s Extra Features – Adds a ton of extra features to vehicles!
Simfphys Keys – Lock your cars and arm their alarms!

* Operate by holding Left Mouse Button and pressing a Directional Key (A,S,D) on the Ambulance
– Detailed ELS lights for emergency vehicles
– Some extra, community-made vehicles

If this does not work, then you’ll have to delete the addon manually
(your steam folder)>steamapps>workshop>content>4000>1945909088 (this addon’s ID) contains a .gma file, you’ll have to delete it and relaunch the game.
