A refined magnificent quality room for people visiting your sect. Or you could use it for your inner cultivators. It uses mostly jade and spirit stone blocks. The jade block stack in the taiyi ruins should be enough to cover the jade cost. And spirit stone blocks are easy to craft if you get some spirit stones from the trader. It requires 500 reputation to build because of the lighting. But you could edit it yourself and replace the lighting to be able to build it at 0 reputation. However by the time you have enough materials your probably already over 500. The brown patches of dirt are meant to become fertile ground for either flowers or to be replaced with water. You do you.
