Adds The Badge seller back to the hub, most usefull for badge makers who don’t like running back to act one to go to the badge seller.

NOTE TO ALL MODDERS:

If you would like to copy this code into a custom mod folder so it works with the mod loader go right ahead, This was the intent i made the mod with!
