Series 1-467 from Izhevsk
This small pack contains 4 residential panel buildings inspired by the 1-467 series, as built in the city of Izhevsk, in the Udmurt ASSR in the 70s.
The I-shape building hosts 180 adults.
The L-shape building hosts 190 adults.
The two corner modules (that must be used together, see explanatory pictures for user-friendly placing) host 110 and 80 adults, respectively.
Living quality is 89 percent, and buildings are colisionless.
An associated skin pack is coming.
Beyond that I ‘plan’ to make some more skins as separate items (they require different texture mapping), and maybe some more buildings from Izhevsk.
NB: for the L-shape building, placing the pedestrian path can be a little bit annoying, because of the shape of its footprint. Successful placing doesn’t depend that much on the exact direction you try to draw the paths, but on how long they are, which is quite an arbitrary consequence of the game’s programming I suppose.
