Coal-liquefaction-plant
Coal liquefaction plant, creates oil out of coal and chemicals.
Production becomes important when natural crude oil is not available in sufficient quantities.
An example of the coal liquefaction are the "self-sufficiency efforts" in NS Germany, and in the GDR.
Production is very inefficient, with 1 tonne of oil requiring 3 tonnes of coal.
