Kyort

A familiar presence, cocky deliquent and the one that makes all the rules. Inherting the power of flame, Kyort burns himself into the history of the Aether!

Kyort has two versions of each special, one held and tapped.

Neutral (104 Shiki: Aragami)
– Tap: Three-part rekka, starting with a hook. continuing into a uppercut and kick!

Kyort now has extra routes for Rekka, and finally the held strength version!
A – attack / B – special / (*) – held

BBA – now goes into a roundhouse kick that sends up!
BA – Kyort sweeps the floor
BAA – Kyort hops towards the opponent and approaches with a spike.

(B) – Kyort spins to avoid projectiles and goes farther than regular special
(B)B – Kyort hits their opponents with a backfist
(B)BB – Kyort goes into U-special

Side (212 Shiki: Kototsuki You) Grounded
– Tap: Elbow the opponent, on hit you will grab the opponent and put them into flames!
– Held: Running version of move above.

Side (R.E.D Kick) Aerial
– Tap/Held(changes distance): An aerial roundhouse that can spike someone!

Up (100 Shiki Oniyaki)
– Tap/Held(changes strength): Launch yourself up into the air, surrounding yourself in flames.

Down (75 Shiki: Kai)
– Tap/Held(changes strength): Two-part rekka, launch the opponent up with chin kicks!

Kyort can also access his EX version, giving him two different specials to play with!

Neutral (108 Shiki: Yami Barai)
– Tap/Hold(changes speed): Throw a grounded fireball!

Side (RPD Kick) Aerial
– Tap: Throws a side kick
– Hold: Continues the move above, with a dangerous spike!

You can build up a special meter, by dealing/taking damage.
Kyort is able to cancel his normals into specials for a bar of meter and will blink blue.

MAX Mode: once you have two bars of meter, you can press Attack and Special at the same time. You will now be able to cancel specials into each other

Up + Taunt: Toggles EX mode.
Down + Taunt: Toggles meter gain.
Right + Taunt: Toggles voice mode.
Left + Taunt: Toggles MAX mode drain. (Lets you practice cancels.)
