No Random Tech Unlocks plus Enhanced Future Tech
Removes unlock rolls for all research projects. Additionally, all projects that are obsolete because of this have been reworked.
The following projects have been modified:
Autonomous Research Groups – Provides 30 research points per month once researched.
Future Tech: Energy – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Economy priority, and global Fusion tech level is increased by 1.
Future Tech: Information Science – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Knowledge and Mission Control priorities.
Future Tech: Life Science – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Welfare priority, and all councilors live an average of 5 years longer.
Future Tech: Materials – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Build Army and Build Navy priorities.
Future Tech: Military Science – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Military priority, and the maximum Military Tech level is increased by 0.5 for all nations.
Future Tech: Social Science – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Unity and Funding priorities.
Future Tech: Space Science – Global 5% increase to national investment points put into the Boost priority, and all factions gain a 5% bonus to space mining.
