Unfortunately, you can not remove the pro alien factions. Doing so will cause the game to crash.

I decided to make the servants hate the aliens. Doing this cause the game to crash.

I tried to give the servants a negative influence income. That didn’t crash the game, but it also turns out that influence income can not be negative.

I tried to force them to spawn with bad councilors with no abilities. This caused the AI to panic and crash the game.

I tried giving them special councilors which had the needed abilities but bad stats. This caused the AI to panic and crash the game.

I tried giving them a bogus research which takes away influence on completion and gives a bad org that drains influence. The game called it a bad org template and refused to give it. The bogus research caused the AI to panic and crash the game.

So what do I do to try and screw over a faction that panics if you mess with it? Apparently I can give them no starting resources and several million dollars of debt. This is something that AI understands and does not panic about, there for it does not crash the game.

The only thing that I as a modder can apparently do without crashing the game is give the servants and the protectorate massive debts which means they won’t be able to found habs and they are locked out of about half of all orgs.
