DDR HP1
Ein kleines Einfamilienhaus aus der DDR "Typ Luckenwalde – HP1". Es ist Selbstheizend und es gibt eine LOD-Variante um hoffentlich ein wenig Leistung zu sparen.
Alle Gebäude von mir werden in dieser Kollektion gesammelt.
Über Typ Luckenwalde – HP1:
Das Einfamilienhaus „Typ Luckenwalde HP-1“ ist ein Ergebnis des beschlossenen Wohn- und Gesellschaftsbauprogramms der SED (Sozialistische Einheitspartei Deutschlands) und sollte einen kleinen Beitrag zur Verbesserung des materiellen und kulturellen Lebensniveaus der Bevölkerung in der DDR leisten. Ziel war die Erhöhung der Effektivität der Produktion beim HP1. Mit der UNI-HP-Schalen-Bauweise wurde auf eine bereits aus dem Industriebau verwendete Fertigteilproduktion zurückgegriffen, welche kostengünstig und flexibel angewandt werden konnte. Durch die freitragende Dachkonstruktion mit den HP-Schalen konnte jede beliebige Raumaufteilung ermöglicht werden. Das Haus konnte in ca. 12 Stunden Montagezeit errichtet werden. Mit seinen 121 m2 war das Eigenheim vor allem für kinderreiche Familien gedacht.
In der Stadt Luckenwalde wurde eine Vielzahl von diesem Haus in der Siedlung „Frohe Zukunft“ gebaut und kann über Maps[www.google.com] bewundert werden.

A small single-family house "Type Luckenwalde – HP1" from the GDR era. It’s self-heating and there’s a LOD variant to save a bit of performance.

About Type Luckenwalde – HP1:
The single-family house "Luckenwalde HP-1" is a result of the housing and community building program decided by the SED (Socialist Unity Party of Germany) and was intended to make a small contribution for improving the material and cultural standard of living of the population in the GDR. The aim was to increase the efficiency of production at the HP1. With the UNI-HP-shell-construction, there was the ability to fall back on an already used production of prefabricated parts for industrial construction. This made a cost-effective and flexible production possible. Because of the self-supporting roof construction with the HP shells, any room layout could be made possible. The house was assembled in about 12 hours. With its 121 m2, the house was primarily intended for families with many children.
In the city „Luckenwalde“, a large number of these houses were built in the "Frohe Zukunft" settlement and can be seen via Maps[www.google.com].
