• Complete time system
• Time travel
• Time travel affects the map

Added some controls based on Simfphys

• Keypad plus key – Turns on and off the time circuits
• Keypad 0 – 9 key – Enter date (month/day/year/hour/minute, example: 060120201500)
• Keypad minus key – Confirm the date
• Keypad asterisk key (*) – Change flying mode (unfinished)

1. You need to spawn a time machine (DeLorean)
2. Add fuel to the time machine, you need 5 garbage, then open the Mr. Fusion, pick up the trash and put it in (not a vehicle fuel)
3. Close Mr. Fusion and enter the time machine (or remote time machine), open time circuit to select destination time, then accelerate the time machine to 88mph to travel in time
