Removed "Can’t Keep Up" dialogues for all crew races!
Increased Crew health from 300 to 500!
Increased Crew movement speed from 10.0 to 15.0!
They can keep up with sprint tech 🙂
Increased Crew health regen from 2.0 to 4.0!

All Vanilla Characters can have 20 Crew members after they upgrade ship to T8!
You can have 5 Active crew following you now 🙂
