Description:

Removes the 30 year requirements and the era requirements in the "Secure the High Kingdom of the North Sea" decision making it a lot easier and accessible. That’s all.

Also fixes the decision as it’s broken in vanilla.
In the vanilla game, It was just checking if ANYONE was holding one of those titles for 30 years aka you could unify England, Denmark and Norway without having any of them and while England, Denmark and Norway still existed independently. [To my knowledge this has been fixed. You can thank me for that]

I made this for personal use because the 30 year requirement was a pain and I’ve seen some people complain about it so I made this public.
