Regionless Minor-Factions for Empire Divided
This Mod lets Minor-Factions live on without Settlements.
In Vanilla only Major playable Player-Factions live on, after losing their last Settlement.
Now even all the other Factions can live on without Settlements, not disappearing instantly, like in Grand Campaign and all the other DLC.
Savegame compatible.
