Recruitable slaves as all major DarkElv Factions, which have a legendary lord in campaign and custom battles for Player and Ai.
They will not get any bonuses obviously from Techtree / Buildings.
The way you are able to buff them is by using Heros and Lords, campaignbuffs that have Effects like
+5% weapon dmg and +3 Meleeattack for all units in army
+4 Leadership for all units in army and so on.
If you use Mods like Ash’s 33 Skills for lords, that buff the whole army, they will get the bonus too obv

Woodelfs
Skaven
Chaostrolls / Giant / Hellfirecanon / Dragonogre
Tombking Skorpion / Hierotitan (not lorefriendly cause no nekrotekt)
Varghulf (maybe lorefriendly, its pretty much a Vampire that lost all Sanity and is completely wild)
As far as i know the Druki enslaved in lore for fun / work / torture goblins, orks, beastmen, woodelfs, skaven
The Druki under leadership of Malekith besieged Ulthuan at least twice with the help of Slaanesh (God of Chaos) and her demons/armies
Tombking and Varghulf i just added them for fun
