XAI: Realistic AI Unit Recruitment
Realistic AI unit recruitment for Grand Campaign. Now recruitment will be based on a faction’s strengths! For all campaigns, no MP adjustments.
I went through all the factions in the Grand campaign because I was tired of the AI’s horrible recruitment and I also was not satisfied with the alternatives.
This modules basis its recruitment on each faction’s strengths and weakness for both armies and navies.
I have minimized the artillery for most factions and this may need to go up at a later time. Missile units should be in the proper proportions depending how strong they are for a faction. Remember missiles are not just archers they include skirmishers, and some factions use them as a strength.
There are a lot of variables on how the AI decided to build an army or navy.
It can decide to build all light units, mostly heavies, or even missile heavy stacks. Remember that before posting a complaint. There are approximately 16 different configurations between them.
I made this mod for XAI but you can currently use it for the Grand Campaign and AOC with any mod.
I haven’t decided whether I will update the MP or not yet.
This is still a work in progress and improvements will be made based on feedback.
