First and foremost, this is just a re-upload of ToumaÏ’s original “Belegar unit Redone” mod for TWWH2, so all the credit goes to him/her and his/her co-authors (listed below).
I just made it compatible with TWWH3.

PS: If you want to create your own version or use this mod in any other way, you obviously can do so (just make sure to give credit to the aforementioned persons!).
PPS: I am aware that one of his beard runes isn’t glowing, that the red one is glowing too much, and that two of his runes are being rendered out too early, but as of now, I do not know how to fix those issues.
