Less Births from Homelessness
Sets the min comfort threshold required for births to 90 if there’re homeless people in the Dome. (Applies to Domes with more than 30 Colonists.)
Warning: The mod slightly changes a Dome functionality that’s stored in savegames. Do not overwrite your original savegames. All saved Domes will continue to obey this logic even if you disable the mod.
