DDR FH-Alexandra
Ein Einfamilienhaus aus der DDR "FH-Alexandra". Es ist Selbstheizend und es gibt eine LOD-Variante um hoffentlich ein wenig Leistung zu sparen.

Über FH-Alexandra:
Das besondere am Einfamilienhaus „FH-Alexandra“ ist, dass es komplett aus Fertigteilen bestand. Dabei bestand es hauptsächlich aus Holzrahmenelementen, Gipskartonplatten und Spanplatten. Zur Dämmung wurde Mineralwolle verwendet. Das Einfamilienhaus hatte eine Wohnfläche von 140 m2 und war für bis zu 6 Personen ausgelegt.

A single-family house "FH-Alexandra" from the GDR era. It’s self-heating and there’s a LOD variant to save a bit of performance.

About FH-Alexandra:
The special thing about the single-family house "FH-Alexandra" is that it consisted entirely of prefabricated parts. It mainly consisted of wooden frame elements, plasterboard and chipboard. Mineral wool was used for insulation. The house had a living area of 140 m2 and was designed for up to 6 people.
