Fix Clothing Tab Failing to Load

Recently, CheatMenu spawn item menu was throwing [RedBox] errors when the clothing tab was selected. I isolated it to a newly added Yellow Coverall clothing item which had an error in its Icon line.

This mod overrides that item with correction until TIS fixes it, which as of 41.78.1 has not been fixed yet.
