Coming from Outset Island, the Hero of Winds is now in Rivals of Aether, with a unique moveset!
NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Sand Wand
Toon Link spawns a block of sand which can be used as a platform. Pressing Neutral Special again will send it forward a distance, and tilting upwards as he uses the wand will throw it upwards.
SIDE SPECIAL: Pegasus Boots
Toon Link does a dash that goes for as long as you hold the special button. Pretty simple, but good for mobility and can be jump-cancelled. It can even let Link run in the air for a brief period of time!
UP SPECIAL: Deku Leaf
On the ground, Toon Link sends a wind projectile forwards that deals very low damage but decent knockback. In the air, he boosts upwards a short distance before doing a slow fall, during which he can attack or press special again to swing the leaf to fire a different projectile at the cost of going helpless.
DOWN SPECIAL: Fairy Hammer
Toon Link summons Ceila with the Hammer from Phantom Hourglass, going forward as long as you hold the button. Holding up and down while doing so will send Ceila up and down. When the button is released, she’ll swing the hammer, making it a strong ranged attack.
