Khingila was ruler of Alkhons "Red Huns/South Huns" or "Iran Huns"
In this start pos they are Zoroastrian allies to Sassanids and their army start in the western part of Persia.
Historically they helped the Sassanids king Shapur II. during siege of Amida in 359 and used Shapur II. portraits for their own coinage.
