1 man hippogryph knight unit
Ported from TWW1 by request.
Turns the hippogryph knights unit into a one-man unit. Buffed up the stats similar to that of a bretonnian lord on a hippogryph (but lighter) as the previous stats was balanced to having 8 hippogryph knights in the unit.
Stats are subject to change based on feedback.
