Spike the Dragon (Gen. 1)
Spike had dealt enemies on his adventures with the Williams and his pony friends. But can he deal with the enemies in the land of the Aether? Well… Spike has now arrived to Rivals of Aether. Play as Spike, The baby dragon friend in ponyland to deal with his new opponents in Rivals of Aether.
Special Moves:
Neutral Special: Fire breath
Every dragon has a fire breath, especially Spike. Spike can shoot fireballs just like any other dragon. Which is one of his neutral abilities for battling purposes.
Side Special: Grab ‘n Toss
Spike will grab his opponent and then throws it to somewhere else. But he has to aim his throwing to the position that he wants. Which is pretty much useful for throwing opponents off-stage.
Up Special: Fizzy’s Magic Bubble
Apparently Spike doesn’t have wings for him to get back on the stage in order for him to keep away from going off-stage. But he had brought Fizzy with him to aid him in his battle. (Even though Fizzy cannot be seen when during the match was being played) When using the Up Special Fizzy will summon a magic bubble around Spike to bring him back to the stage. When Pressing special with the Bubble will burst out and any opponents near the bubble would cause damage.
Down Special: Lasso
Spike brought his many items with him to the battle from his past adventures. And one of his items that would help him to bring the opponent back to him is the lasso. Spike would use his lasso to bring his opponents towards him. However the lasso needs to be in the correct spot to catch the opponent.
