Allow player add most other faction’s red line skill and technology battle effects to units. These units may get form other mod such as Purchase Random Units and dogs of war.
This mod only include battle technology effect, not include campaign effect such as upkeep and economics effect such as income.
Six control buttons have been added to the top right of the technology panel. These buttons is used to add other factions’ red line skill effect, player’s faction’s red line skill effect, other factions’ technology effect and remove all this effects.
Some technology effect is apply on all factions’ units, for example ,Empire infantry +15 armor tech can also add 15 armor to Tomb King skeleton unit. It is very overpowered If player have all these technology at same time, so I collect these technology to an optional button.

全派系科技红线加成
允许玩家为部队添加所有其他派系的科技和红线效果，用于配合可以招募其他派系兵种的各类mod，例如 随机部队抽奖 和 dogs of war 等。
注意只包含针对部队属性的战斗科技，没有维护费之类战役加成，也没有经济内政加成。
在科技页面右上角添加了6个按钮，可以用于添加其他派系红线效果，其他派系科技中的战斗效果，本派系红线效果，以及移除所有添加的效果等。
由于部分种族拥有一些神奇的能够加成其他种族单位的科技，比如帝国的大部分科技，诺斯卡的占领派系首都解锁的科技（比如所有单位加15%+25%=40%武器伤害），木精灵的几个琥珀科技、矮人的几个炮兵科技以及混沌的混沌炮装填速度加成（实际会加成所有炮兵）等，这些科技叠加之后会非常OP。所以这些科技我放在一起做成了一个额外可选项，如果像我一样手残的话再点这个。
最早是把这些加成做成科技的形式，然而实在找不到合适的方法阻止ai研究这些科技，每个派系一个mod的话又实在太麻烦了，最后就用script做成这种用按钮触发派系效果的形式了，ai是不会点的。
