Description:

This mod adds 3 new idea groups: Experience, Conciliation, and Tactical Ideas.
They give many good bonuses! Experience is Admin, Conciliation is Diplo,
and Tactical is Mil.

I will update the mod regularly.

also maybe I’ll add policies for them soon™
