Re-balanced Mario
A faster version of the Melee Mario character with changed move attributes.

Whats different?
-Jab is faster.
-Utilt is faster.
-Nair is faster, does more knockback, and has a different launch angle.
-Uair is faster with bigger hitboxes.
-Fair has gradually bigger hitboxes depending on which is active (3rd is biggest) and hitbox 1 sends the opponent
forward while the other two spike.
-Nair is faster, does more knockback, and has a different launch angle.
-Dair spikes, has larger hitboxes, slows your descent, and has more endlag.
-Dspecial is much faster to start, has smaller hitboxes, and has more endlag.
-A few sprite changes and a new respawn platform sprite.
-A new alt named "lol" has been added. Its a full black outfit.
