POSITIVE Great Power Penalty
It was always hurt my eyes that such a characteristic as "Great Power" somehow gives a negative effect to diplomatic relations. With this mod, other factions will respect strength of your empire and reckon with it, but not on contrary.
(Tomb Kings will have an increased bonus compared to other races. Factions with the (apparently hidden) trait "dislikes great power" will not receive any effect of this stat. Also, difficulty no longer affects the modifiers of this value, in order to keep optimal numbers for each campaign.)

Мне всегда резало глаз, что такая характеристика как "Великая держава" почему-то даёт негативный эффект дипломатических отношений. С этим модом другие фракции будут уважать силу вашей империи и считаться с ней, а не наоборот.
(Цари Гробниц будут иметь увеличенный бонус по сравнению с другими расами. Фракции с (похоже скрытой) чертой неприязни к великим державам не получат какого-либо эффекта от этой характеристики. Так же, сложность больше не влияет на модификаторы данного значения, чтобы сохранить оптимальные цифры для каждой кампании.
