Description:

The mod changes the time it takes to rebuild from a ruin from 1 or 2 turns to 5 turns if a minor settlement and 10 turns if a major settlement. If combined with my other mod called Occupation Climates it will make it a much longer time for one race to rebuild another races ruined settlement if is not a suitable climate. It creates a situation that makes the choice of occupy, loot, sack or raze more important for the game. Or if just standalone just takes longer for settlements to be rebuilt that has the effect of buffer zones and not leap frogging from settlement to settlement allowing the possibility of dead areas developing to be fought over without settlement battles. The beastmen are the only faction not effected by this because they don’t rebuild anything and sit ontop of whats left so is a hybrid horde now in this way that camp around ruins.
