This is the fourth installment of the Capital State insurgency series.

The war on Virina continues in futility. As fire is exchanged and lives are slain, the hands of victory rise and fall between the two sides. Watching their elite soldiers withdraw and redeploy with fatigue, the Empire is deciding to make a different move around the deep woodland areas as a strategic play against the useless man-to-man eliminations on the flatlands. This strategy worked for naval combat. It sure will work here.
Codename ‘Ark Storm’ has been stationed to Sector V-1. This remote area has one major geographical advantage : equal distance between each front. Here, an artillery base is to be set up to give firing support to soldiers using monolithic cannons and railguns. The land must be cleared, both of forest and unstable land and of enemy units relaxing in their false security.
