Nero (fate) as Leader of Rome
Added Nero from Type Moon as a new leader of Rome
This mod is elementary version, so please feel free to report any bug you encounter; Chinese and English supported, though English civilopedia is google translated since I’m lazy
Theater gains +2 culture from Bath and can hold special project Nero Festival. Greatwork of Writing gains +50% tourism and +1 corresponding yield from each campus (science), theater (culture), industrial zone (production), commercial hub (gold), holysite (faith), and harbor (food); Greatwork of Music does not have additional yields due to Nero’s special taste in music, but gains +200% tourism.
- Note 1: Due to Firaxis’ inability, this ability can not infinitely stack. It is now capped at 16 but can be increased if people want more.
- Note 2: Due to the same issue, this ability conflicts with other abilities that give additional yields to greatworks of writing. For that specific yield, only one of the mods will be effective.
A district unique to Rome when Nero Claudius is the leader, replaces entertainment complex. +1 culture for every adjacent district. This district is unlocked earlier, cheaper, and does not require population.
A building unique to Rome when Nero Claudius is the leader, replaces arena. Provides 1 writing greatwork slot, gold equal to the adjacency bonus of district Roman Circus, and an expert slot. Expert provides +1 culture, +2 gold, and +2 Great Writer point.
A project unique to Rome when Nero Claudius is the leader. Provides 5 culture, 5 gold, and 15 tourism from every amenity upon completion.
