Keyboard Sensitivity Fix
When you go with speed ~60mph or more, the truck is noticable less twitchy and it is easier to keep a somewhat straight line on highways.
Even on slow highways, like in california with 55mph limit, the change is noticable but it is not as pronounced as with higher speeds. Still, it is better than stock values.
The change is not extreme, but you should notice it, especially the faster you go.
The rotation speed increase at 0 kmh was done to have a tiny bit faster steering when you go around very slow corners and such, its it a very minor change but it is there.
A very simple mod. Minimal changes to physics.sii file.
-Wheel rotation speed @0 kmh increased just a tiny bit. (1.25 default to 1.30)
-Wheel rotation speed @100kmh decreased considerably. (0.5 default to 0.30)
