Lizardmen Tweaks
Allows you more control over rampage through the use of leadership buffs. Units with primal instincts will not rampage if leadership is higher than 50% base value and will stop rampaging if leadership is improved by hero proximity or buffed back above the threshold by spells. Also affects units with primal instincts in other factions.
The Slann’s Reserves of Eldritch Energy skill (+8 WoM) now affects all armies factionwide, so the more Slann you have the more powerful they will be, like the geomantic web bonuses.
The "Hates Lizardmen" internal trait that gives lizardmen -30 relations cut in half to -15 like Empire factions have. I find it hard to believe two factions of Lizardmen right off the bat would have almost as much animosity towards one another as they do towards Orcs.
