Description:

Author’s notes: This ship has been built over the course of 6 months and thoroughly playtested and adjusted to playing the campaign with Bots or real people to provide a fun experience for beginner to intermediate level players without being too easy or too rough.

Type VII-C Submarine

Based on a design of the late 20th century, this german submarine has been modified to brave the dangerous depths of europa and sports a particularly heavy armament for a ship of it’s size. However, the technology aboard the ship, in particular the torpedo-tube based loading mechanism, can be considered antique at best. To make things worse, while the ship does feature armor rated for moderate combat, the sub is sluggish to maneuver and it’s single central ballast tank is insufficient to keep the ship afloat in the case of a significant hull breach.
